Premium subscription
MedEthicsAI Premium is a recurring subscription. The exact amount, currency, billing frequency and any taxes are shown in Stripe Checkout before you confirm payment. You are not charged simply for opening the checkout page.
Renewals and payment
Unless cancelled, Premium renews automatically at the interval shown at checkout. Stripe processes payment details and issues payment confirmations. If a payment fails, access may be interrupted while billing is resolved.
How to cancel
Sign in, choose Manage subscription, and use the Stripe Customer Portal to cancel. You may also request help from the operator using the contact details below. The portal should show whether cancellation is immediate or takes effect at the end of the current paid period. The service currently supports both immediate and end-of-period cancellation states; verify the live portal configuration before publishing a definitive promise.
Access after cancellation
If cancellation is scheduled for the end of a paid period, Premium normally continues until that period ends. If cancelled immediately, access may end at once. You can still use free sample learning materials without a Premium subscription.
Refunds and statutory rights
Consumer rights apply. UK consumers may have a statutory cancellation period for distance contracts, subject to applicable rules and exceptions for digital content or services. Any request to begin digital delivery immediately, and any acknowledgement affecting cancellation rights, must be implemented correctly at checkout before relying on an exception. We will not describe all purchases as non-refundable. Contact the operator to request a refund or exercise statutory rights; requests will be assessed in accordance with applicable law. Operator must confirm the refund procedure and consumer cancellation wording before taking live payments.
Price changes
Any future subscription price change will be communicated in advance as required by applicable law, with information about your options.
